Coaching Mentorship

For coaches who want to coach better.

I work with newer and growing strength coaches who want to sharpen their programming, presence, and communication. We’ll talk shop, build structure, and troubleshoot the stuff no cert teaches you. Available as an add-on for current clients or as a mentorship track of its own.

  • Nope. You just need to be coachable and consistent. I work with athletes at all levels – from folks who are brand new to the barbell to lifters preparing for a sanctioned meet. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move better, lift smarter, and build strength that lasts.

  • Semi-private training means 2–4 lifters training during the same session, each on their own custom plan, with full coaching attention. You’ll get real-time feedback, community energy, and a supportive atmosphere. 1:1 is just you and me, which is great if you’re brand new or want extra focus on movement or mindset.

  • That’s totally fine. Not every athlete wants to step onto a platform. I coach for progress, not pressure, so whether you’re chasing PRs, rebuilding after a break, or just want to move better and feel stronger, we’ll build a plan around what matters to you.

  • You’ll get a custom program delivered via app, weekly video reviews, written feedback, and regular check-ins to keep you progressing. I’ll adjust things based on how you’re feeling, moving, and recovering. You’re not just logging workouts, you’re being coached.

  • Rates vary depending on coaching format, frequency, and add-ons like nutrition or mentorship. We’ll talk about pricing during your consult so you know exactly what you’re getting and how it fits into your life. No surprises, no pressure.

  • 100%. You don’t need to “earn” your spot here. I work with lifters of all backgrounds who want structure, feedback, and a training plan that respects their body and their goals. You’re welcome here, and you’ll be taken seriously as an athlete.
