MEET YOUR Coach

Hi, I’m Jen.  

I fell in love with the barbell in 2015, when I joined my first Crossfit gym. By 2021 I pivoted to Powerlifting and within 2 months, I signed up for my first Powerlifting meet. Powerlifting excelled my barbell education and made me hungry for more. I received my USPA Powerlifting and Strength Coaching Certification in 2022. 

I am a barbell educator, coach, mentor & a mother.  I help folks unleash their full potential under the bar. Whether you're new to strength training or you're a seasoned Powerlifter, I can guide you to maximize your potential under the bar, training smarter, address power leaks manage fatigue & bring you the confidence you need to perform on the platform or feel comfortable in a gym.
